Early Senior Project Reflection
One of the first problem's I've encountered with my senior project is the crafting of an essential question. I have a project idea, but I'm struggling with forming a question that really accentuates the project instead of reiterating my current idea. With the due date for my proposal coming up, I really need to get moving on my project. The next step for me is probably meeting with Mr. Wadbrook; he expressed interest in helping me with my project as a potential mentor. Beyond that, preliminary research towards my topic, and the editing/refinement of my project proposal.

Notes from Fall Activities
My current idea for senior project is this: building an RC helicopter with a camera mount on it. My final product would not only be the helicopter, but also a short video reel showcasing its' capabilities. It's a project that combines two passions of mine; videography and engineering. I didn't really have an idea when I began my meetings in the Fall, and so my advisor helped me brainstorm and eventually flesh out this idea. I'm at the very early stages of the process. I'm still unclear as to how realistic this project is difficulty wise for someone with virtually no engineering experience, what its' potential cost may be, and a whole range of other variables. The first step for me is simply laying everything out, and figuring out where to go next.
